Welcome to First Grade!
My name is Joann Hamrick. I grew up in Swannanoa and graduated from Owen High School. I attended Mars Hill University where I received a BS in Elementary Education. My husband and I taught one year in South Carolina before moving home. This is my 22nd year at Fairview. I have taught Kindergarten, first grade and second grade over the years. I enjoy reading, photography, camping and spending time with my family. I love teaching school. We are going to have a fantastic year! I look forward to working with you and your child.
