Fairview Hoppers
The “Fairview Hoppers” is a vibrant group of energetic students who showcase teamwork, coordination, and creativity through the art of jump rope. Members of the team practice various styles, from classic single rope jumps to double Dutch routines, promoting physical fitness and agility. The team participates in local events, fostering school spirit and encouraging camaraderie among students. With a focus on fun and skill development, the jump rope team inspires young athletes to challenge themselves and build confidence while creating lasting friendships.
The Fairview Hoppers meet every Friday afternoon from 2:30pm - 3:15pm in the gymnasium. During practice, we focus on building skills, mastering new tricks, and perfecting their routines, all while encouraging teamwork and support.
We have high expectations for all athletes who are on the team or those who are interested. To ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone, we ask that all team members adhere to the following rules:

Punctuality: Please pick your child up no later than 3:15pm. Being prompt helps the team start and end practice smoothly.
Respect: All members should treat each other, coaches, and equipment with respect.
Safety First: Students must wear appropriate athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. Loose items should be secured to prevent accidents.
Focus and Participation: During practice, we ask that all members stay focused and participate actively in all activities and drills.
Communication: If your child cannot attend practice, please notify me in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Team Spirit: Encourage your child to support their teammates and show school spirit at practices and events.
